This winter will be a difficult time for people around the country. Sadly, Christmas seems destined to be unlike any we’ve known before. With the global pandemic forcing a further lockdown, our community is going to face even more economic and social hardship.
At Newcastle West End Food Bank the figures are stark: 1100 people fed each week April to September 2020- 210% increase on same period last year. 26,143 people fed since April - 40% are children.
This winter Newcastle West End Food Bank is appealing for your support to tackle hunger and help people in their time of need.
Supported by Toon Aid and NUFC Fans Food Bank.
